Rhode Island's cannabis market is unlike any other legal state. With just 7–8 dispensaries serving the entire state, supply is constrained and lines can be long. The state offers significant employment protections for off-duty cannabis use — one of the strongest in the country — but enforces a zero-tolerance DUI law with no per se ng/mL threshold.

If you're coming from Massachusetts, be aware that transporting cannabis across state lines is a federal offense, even between two legal states. Buy in the state where you plan to consume.

Only 7–8 Stores Statewide

Strong Employment Protections
